Terms and Conditions

Applying for Tourist Card/Visa

The required tourist visa, known as a tourist card, allows the holder to stay in the Cuba for 30 days and is valid for a single entry. You must provide proof of confirmed return flight and booked accommodation. PLEASE NOTE: Tourist cards/Visas are not valid for individuals born in Cuba.

Cuba Visa Services is entitled to refuse any visa application. We do not guarantee to successfully process every request. In the event that we are unable to process your application, we will send an email to advise you of that fact. An alternative may be offered which may include additional charges. If your order is processed, we will acknowledge it in the e-mail address you have given us.

Shipping Policy

All shipped visas will be sent securely through Fed-Ex. You will receive an email with your tracking number to the email address you’ve provided upon checkout. All applications must be placed at least 7 business days from the designated departure date.  Cuba Visa Services is not responsible for incorrect shipping options chosen which may cause a delay in receiving your visas before your day of departure.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking number states that your package was delivered by FedEx but you have not received it, you must contact FedEx directly and file a claim.

Once FedEx provides you with a case number to proceed with your case, you can contact us with your the case number and we will assist you with the claim process.

Under no circumstances shall Cuba Travel Services accept responsibility for any delayed or missing deliveries.

Refund policy

Visas must be in its original condition in order to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept visas that are written on or torn. Shipping fees are non-refundable and a $12 processing fee per visa will be discounted in order to process your request. How to claim your refund:

  • Email info@cubavisaservices.com to confirm your refund request. Indicate reason for return within email.
  • Include a copy of payment receipt within your email
  • Send visa(s) in its original condition to our head office (address below)

Please Note: All refunds requests must be provided in writing within 30 days of original purchase date or before the travel date to be eligible for refund.

Visas purchased at airport: All confirmed tourist visas purchases at the airport locations (Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Newark and Tampa) are nonrefundable.  For further assistance, please contact us by emailing info@cubavisaservices.com.

Notice for travelers in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19): If you’ve had to postpone your trip to Cuba due to COVID-19, you may retain your purchased visa for your next scheduled trip to Cuba. For more information, please contact us by email on info@cubavisaservices.com or call us on (800)963-2822.

Cancellations

If you cancel the order prior to shipping of the travel card visa, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid. A refund will made direct to the form of original payment only. All refund requests must be provided in writing within 30 days of original purchase date to be eligible for refund.

Cuba Tourist Card/Visa is non-transferable and non-refundable once it has been issued. Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by emailing info@cubavisaservices.com, and it will take effect from the day of receipt.  We cannot cancel or amend any visa/tourist card that has already been Shipped.

Applying for a Cuban Passport, Prorroga or HE-11

Cuba Visa Services is entitled to refuse any Cuban Passport, Prorroga or HE-11 application. We do not guarantee to successfully process every request. In the event that we are unable to process your application, we will send an email to advise you. 

You confirm that all details you provide to us and within your consular services application form is correct. You accept responsibility for any mistakes made on the application due to the provision of incomplete or incorrect information.

Shipping Policy

Please note Cuba Travel Services are not responsible for any lost documents sent to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and secure delivery service such as FedEx or UPS.

Once the application is approved and we have received your documents, these will be sent securely through Fed-Ex to the address specified in the order. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your consular documents are dispatched. Cuba Travel Services is not responsible for any delayed or lost mail packages sent from Cuba Travel Services to the indicated the delivery address in the order.

Refund Policy

Cuba Travel Services does not issue any full refunds for Cuban Passport, Prorraga, HE-11 or Special visa applications.
Only if the Cuban Embassy denies your application, you will be refunded 50% of the processing fees. 

Processing Time

Cuban Passport: 6-12 months
Cuban Passport Renewal: 2-4 months
Single Prorroga: 2-4 months
Double Prorroga: 2-4 months
Prorroga for Cuban Residents: 1-2 months
HE-11 Visa: 2-3 months

Please note processing time may vary depending on the applicant. To ensure you have your necessary documents before your travel date to Cuba, please allow maximum processing time indicated above from the date Cuba Travel Services receives your application to the date your travel.

Cancellations

All refund requests must be provided in writing within 30 days of original purchase date to be eligible for refund.
